Got this from a show.
Just wanted to say.
There comes a time, when people have finished everything that is possible, but cant do everything that is impossible. It is then that they venture into a region where the possible and the impossible meet, to become, the posimpible. Yes, that's right, the posimpible.
If there is one thought that i could leave with you guys today, it is that nothing, and everything, is, posimpible.

Hey guys,
I think especially for the guys, it's quite frustrating that right now we aint getting much water time and all. In the mean time as we tahan that, try watching some videos of world class kayaking competitors on youtube. Could help motivate you abit or you can even look at their strokes and pick up a few things here and there.
Just go youtube search flat water kayaking and im sure you'll get plenty results. Try to get those with commentators in english cause sometimes they do talk about techniques etc.
